It is with great pleasure I welcome you to our website. My name is Scott Millward owner and operator of Shoal Creek Outfitters since 1990. Outfitting is more than just a business it is a way of life. It is in this lifestyle I take great pride and it directly reflects on the quality of the trips I provide. When you come hunting, fishing or on a scenic pack trip with us you are not just the customer, you become part of our family. |
The dignity in which I conduct my business has been passed down from generation to generation. I am a fourth generation outfitter and guide licensed and bonded in the state of Wyoming. My family settled in the Jackson area during the late 1890's after traveling from midwest by wagon train. The abundant wildlife and magnificent beauty where the keys to them homesteading in Jackson. These two simple reasons are why I still live in Jackson and how come I have chose outfitting as my profession.
I am a permit holder on the Bridger Teton National Forest as well as a member of the Wyoming Outfitters and Guides Association and the Jackson Hole Outfitters and Guides Association. I am also an equal opportunity provider.
We will provide you with gentle, sure footed and mountain wise horses to carry you on your trip. These wonderful animals are the backbone of our business and receive nothing, but the best care. The quality of horses we provide will ensure, no riding experience is necessary to have an enjoyable and successful outdoors experience.
